Hand Mixer

Purpose/Description:

A hand mixer is a handheld electric device that blends, whips, beats, and mixes many ingredients for baking or cooking. Some have whisk attachments, dough hooks, or flat beaters, which are removable to clean. Most hand mixers have different functions, like accelerating or decelerating the speed; and some are corded or cordless. 

Some of the great things about immersion hand blenders are:

1. Easy to use/lightweight

2. More affordable than a stand mixer

3. Can be useful in many recipes.

Some of the bad things about immersion hand blenders are:

1. May not be suitable for large and thick batters.

2. Noisy 

3. Does Not have the strength of a stand mixer.
