Egg Sandwich with Kale

Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 egg
1 tsp of milk
1 piece of kale
Seasoning (pinch salt & pepper)
1 tsp Olive oil (or ½ Tbsp of butter)
Honey mustard
Equipment:
Medium Frypan
Spatula
Butter knife
Directions:
Whisk the egg in a small bowl, add milk, and salt & pepper.
Put the butter or oil in your pan then put the fire on medium heat.
Add the egg mix to the frypan and let the egg mixture cook until it's all together or until you see a slight brown. Then fold the egg mix into a square by folding two opposite sides of the egg in the center. Then fold the opposite side (of the sides that have been flipped) and reach the other side to make a square.
To make the sandwich- place the bottom bread first (spread honey mustard on top of the bread), then the kale (drizzle some honey mustard on top of the kale), then the top bread (spread honey mustard on the bread facing inward of the sandwich).
