Kale, Green bell peppers, and Tomatoes stir fry with fried potatoes.

Ingredients:
Kale
Tomatoes
green peppers
Onions
potatoes
seasoning (seasoning salt, garlic powder, and that veggie seasoning)
Equipment:
cutting board
Frying pan
Oven
Spatula
Knife
Tonsil or something to flip the roasted potatoes.
Direction:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for the tomatoes.
Cut the tomatoes, then put on a pan with aluminum foil and season with seasoned salt garlic powder pepper red pepper and that veggie seasoning then roast the tomatoes in the oven for 15 minutes then flip the potatoes with tongs and flip to the other side.
Cut the potatoes into circles then put them in a bowl and season with a dash of seasoning salt, garlic powder, and that veggie seasoning.... Then mix till the potatoes are evenly seasoned.
Then put oil in the frying pan on medium heat and put the circle potatoes onto the pan and cook on one side on
(While the potatoes are cooking), Cut the Green peppers, kale, and onions.
Flip the potatoes after it has been 10- 15 minutes. It should be light/mid-brown or to your liking. And wait another 15 minutes.
It should have been 15 minutes then flip the tomatoes with the tonsil and let it roast for another 15 minutes.
When the potatoes are done put them on a napkin and dry the oil off
Cook the onions for 1 minute,
Then put the green peppers in the frying pan to cook with the onions for 1 minute.
Put the Kale and roasted potatoes in the frying pan and sauté till your liking.
