Alfredo with Mac & Cheese Pasta

½ cup Mac and cheese pasta
Dash salt(optional)
For the sauce
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
½ tbsp of Butter or a dash of oil
3 cloves of garlic 13.5
1 cup milk 130
tsp pepper
pinch salt
The other seasons
A dash of all-purpose ranch seasoning
½ teaspoon of garlic powder.
⅓ to ½ cup of parmesan cheese
Optional-1 thyme

1 small pot or large pan (for sauce)

Boil the 3 cups of water on medium heat in a medium saucepan (with a dash of salt-optional). When the water starts boiling frequently you place ½ cup of Mac and cheese pasta in the pan. Stir continually till ready. You know the pasta is ready when it's soft it will take approximately 10 minutes to boil.
While the water is boiling, cut/mince the 3 garlic cloves. Put butter or oil in another pan/pot then fry the minced garlic for 1 minute on medium heat.
Add 1 cup of milk, pepper, salt, all-purpose ranch seasoning, and the other seasoning and stir.
Add 1 cup of parmesan cheese and garlic powder and mix to combine then cook on low heat.
The mac and cheese pasta should be done when soft. Strain the pasta then place it in the sauce and mix till combined.
Optional you can top the Mac and cheese pasta with Alfredo sauce with thyme.
