Green Smoothie with Banana 

Ingredients:

• ½ of Avocado

• 1 cup Spinach

• 1 Banana

• Optional-1 cup water or milk.

Equipment:

• Blender (If you don't have a blender you could use: Blender replacement.)

Direction:

1. Cut the banana, cut the avocado in half, and scoop 1/2 of the avocado.

2. Add avocado, spinach, and banana to the blender.

3. Add 1 cup of water or milk. Blend all the ingredients till combined.
