Green Smoothie with Cucumber, Spinach, Apple, & Ginger

½ of cucumber
1 cup Spinach
1 Tbsp minced ginger or 2 thin slices of ginger
1/2 apple
Optional-1 cup water or milk.

Cutting board or (a clean surface to slice the fruit and vegetables)

Cut the cucumber in half then use 1/2 of the cucumber and make small cubes, cut the apple in half and then use 1/2 of the apple and make small cubes, and cut 2 thin slices of ginger or 1 Tbs of minced ginger.
Add cucumber, spinach, apple, and ginger to the blender.
Add 1 cup of water or milk. Blend all the ingredients till combined.
