Cut ¼ of each pepper, cut the onions into small cubes, and minced the garlic.
Put the medium saucepan on medium heat then put the oil in.
Cook the onions for 1 minute then add the garlic and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the bell peppers to the pan and cook it for 3 minutes or until it's a little soft.
Add the kale and drizzle the whoshere sauce then mix all the ingredients together and cook it until the kale is softened or until your liking.
