Mango Smoothie

1 Mango or 1 cup of frozen mangoes.
1 cup milk (almond or any milk or water)
¼ cup of ice
Optional: ¼ cup of Greek yogurt- (to make it a little thicker)

Blender (If you don't have a Blender/ Juicer you could use: Blender replacement.)

Peel the excise of the mango off and cut the mango around the seed. (If you're not using frozen mangoes)
Put ice, mango, milk, and optionally Greek yogurt in the blender. Mix till combine then serve.
