Fried Egg Avocado Open-Faced Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 Sourdough bread (or any bread you like)
1 Avocado
tsp Lime
2 Egg
3-4 Cherry Tomatoes
seasoning (salt, pepper)
(optional) Micro Arugula plant
Equipment:
Cutting board
Frypan

Knife & spoon
Directions: (read before starting)
In a small bowl, mash the avocado, pour a tsp of lime or lemon juice, and season with a dash of salt and pepper. In another small bowl cut cherry tomatoes.
Set your fry pan on medium with a dash of olive oil, then cook the sourdough bread for one minute on each side till the edges or golden brown.
Put a dash more oil in the pan and crack your egg, make sure the yolk is in the middle and in the same shape (optional- you can make a regular fried egg, instead of the sunny side up egg.) Season the egg with a pinch of salt & pepper.
Then put your avocado on your bread then the sunny side up egg (or fried egg) then cheer tomatoes with a sprinkle of Micro Arugula plant.
