Fried Egg Sandwich

2 breads
2 eggs
2 slices or ¼ cup of diced/cherry tomatoes
1 slice of cheese or ¼ cup of cheese (or both)
Seasoning: a dash of salt & pepper
A dash of Oil/1/2 Tbsp butter

Whisk 2 eggs in a small bowl, season with salt and pepper. Spray oil (or butter) onto the frying pan then add the egg mix to the frying pan, on medium heat.
Place the 2 slices of bread in the egg mix, dip on both sides, then place the bread facing opposite from each other. Then cook.
Flip the egg (after it's cooked) and the bread, and place tomatoes (season with salt and pepper) and lettuce on one of the breads. On the other bread, add cheese.
Flip one piece of bread to the other side to make a sandwich.
