Lemon pepper omelet

Ingredients:
1 egg
Your choice of seasoning (garlic, pepper, salt)
1 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning or (use 1/4 of a lemon or 1 Tbsp of lemon juice and a dash of pepper)
(optional) 1 tsp of Milk
(optional) cheese
butter/oil
Equipment:
Pan
Bowl
Whisk or spoon/fork. (A utensil to mic the egg)
Spatula
Directions:
First crack the egg in a small bowl and whisk/mix it then put milk if you want then put seasoning, such as a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder and 1 tbsp of lemon pepper seasoning.
Put the butter or oil in your pan then put the fire on medium heat.
Then let the egg mixture cook until it's all together or until you see a slight brown. Then put cheese on one-half of the egg mix.
Then flip half the egg mix to the other side and cook it until your liking. Then slide it onto your plate.
